Infrared & Fine Art Photography

Sarah Cutright DeBauche also takes photographs for her own personal interest; these infrared photographs are available as fine art prints and custom images.  Infrared photography uses special filters and processing to view a spectrum of light not ordinarily available in digital images.   The results can be particularly breathtaking and surreal, and the examples below are more artistic than ordinary portrait photography.  Infrared photography opens up much broader tones in the images, and penetrates fog or mist, and reveals details underneath most settings that are concealed to the human eye.
